How it works

Three steps. That's the whole program.

Register the intro

Send us the company name and industry in writing before they talk to our sales team. That registration starts a 12-month attribution window in your name.

We take it from there

We run the discovery, scope the process and quote a fixed price. You stay in the loop as much or as little as you want. No selling required on your side.

You get paid

When the contract is signed and their payment clears, your commission is paid 30 days later. Multi-phase projects pay out as each phase clears.

What you earn, and on what

Commission is a percentage of net contract value on the first engagement. It starts at 7% and rises to 9% once you've referred a second client in the same calendar year.

Consultancy + Implementation and Product Development. Calculated on the full engagement: Phase 1 discovery plus the build.

Typical: $65k–$115k builds; $100k–$300k for multi-process accounts.

Typical: monthly per-team pricing, billed for as long as the team runs.

The Fine Print

An introduction to a prospect who signs a paid engagement — contract executed and first invoice issued. Referrals must be registered in writing, with company name and industry, before the prospect engages our sales team.
12 months from the date of introduction. If the prospect converts inside that window, the commission is yours.
30 days after the referred client's payment clears. On multi-phase projects, commission is paid as each phase's payment clears. There is no cap on the number of referrals — commission is earned per engagement.
Renewals and expansions — commission is on new, net-new business only. Self-referrals don't qualify, and neither do companies or contacts already in our pipeline.
On written confirmation from both parties agreeing to the terms. Commission is subject to standard withholding per applicable tax law; partners handle their own tax obligations. ArkusNexus may adjust the structure with 30 days' written notice.
